SPECIAL : 62nd PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS NOMINEES

Sebelum saya posting review Predators dan 3 Hati 2 Dunia 1 Cinta, perkenankanlah saya untuk posting nominasi Emmy Awards 2010 yang baru saja diumumkan. Seperti yang telah diduga, Glee memimpin untuk kategori serial komedi dengan 19 nominasi. Jagoan lama di serial drama, Mad Men, meraih 17 nominasi. Tapi nominasi terbanyak justru diraih oleh miniseri yang diproduseri oleh Steven Spielberg / Tom Hanks dan ditayangkan di HBO, The Pacific, dengan perolehan 24 nominasi.

Saya pribadi cukup puas dengan nominasi tahun ini karena beberapa serial / program favorit saya berhasil menembus nominasi ; Modern Family, Glee, The Good Wife, Lost, The Amazing Race hingga American Idol. Belum berkesempatan menyaksikan The Pacific, tapi saya percaya miniseri ini sebagus Band of Brothers. Untuk kali ini saya posting nominasinya saja, prediksi pemenang akan saya posting beberapa hari sebelum acara digelar. Yang pasti, saya mendukung serial favorit saya, terutama Modern Family yang ciamik itu. Saya berharap, serial ini mendapat Emmy untuk kategori supporting actor & actress karena disinilah letak kekuatan Modern Family. Sementara untuk kategori serial komedi terbaik agaknya cukup sulit karena harus menghadapi tiga raksasa ; 30 Rock, The Office dan Glee. Sepertinya The Amazing Race akan kembali menang (semoga)
